Sprouting is an inexpensive way to get sulforaphane, the beneficial chemical in broccoli. We estimate that over 400 mg. of sulforaphane can be made with 1/2 lb of our seed. However, this is quite variable based on your biology, therefore, we continue to recommend our BrocElite® supplement.
Radish Seeds (1/4 lb.)
Make sure you get all of the sulforaphane out of the broccoli seeds you sprout by sprouting radish seeds along with them! 1 tablespoon of radish seed for every 4 tablespoons of broccoli seed. Our radish seeds has been tested to have enough myrosinase - the enzyme needed to get the sulforaphane out of your broccoli sprouts. Each package contains 1/4 lb.
