GLPerfect - 60 caps

I’m just not hungry … at all! I’m my 60s and I’m trying to lose seven pounds for a trip to Florida in a few weeks, so have been taking one in the morning with coffee and two in the afternoon with lunch. It’s been pretty amazing!

I began taking GLPerfect for a couple of reasons... to rein in the sugar cravings from the Holiday season, lose weight and hopefully address A1C levels. While I know the A1C information will take several months to see, I noticed a sharp reduction in hunger from the first capsules. In fact, I generally only eat x2 meals a day and find that x2 capsules is plenty to curb my appetite all day! Much easier to skip afternoon snacking! Thanks for this help, Mara Labs. The needle is headed in the right direction! I will be looking forward to those upcoming blood test for more good results!

I have definitely wanted to eat three meals a day, but I have not found myself wanting any snacks other than water with element in it between meals.

The no snacking between meals has been crazy to see the desire gone. I’m at my lowest weight I’ve been at for a few years!

I cannot tell you how much I love GLPerfect. I gained about 10 pounds quickly late last year and was struggling to get it off. So I placed my order right away.

The first day I took GLPerfect, I took 2 pills at 5 pm with my supper. The next day around 3:30 in the afternoon, I realized I hadn’t been hungry all day — and all I had had was my morning coffee! I’ve now been on GLPerfect for about a month and happened to have a full body scan (fat composition, BMI, muscle mass, etc) before starting it, so I went in for another one today. I have weighed the same for the last several years - always about 8 lbs more than “recommended”. but not able to shift much regardless of exercise/diet. After 1 month on GLPerfect and without changing anything else about my diet or lifestyle, I’ve lost 5lbs and my visceral fat measurement went from 1.4 to 1.0. I wasn’t expecting to see results for several months, so this is exciting to already see a trend in the right direction!
