I'd like to take a moment to introduce Chef Chris, who will be taking over our weekly recipes from our beloved Chef Amanda. This week, we have a super easy, super healthy AND super tasty salad to kick it off. Bon appétit!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup English cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
1/4/ cup rainbow carrots, sliced
4 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 small sprig of dill, picked
6 Thai basil leaves, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/8 cup sesame oil
7 toasted walnuts, crushed
salt to taste
Directions:
Combine and toss.
