IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Our 100% satisfaction guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through mara-labs.com. Products purchased through other distribution channels are subject to their respective return policies.
- Multi-Bottle Purchases: For orders containing multiple bottles of the same product, our guarantee covers one bottle. To be eligible for a refund on additional bottles, they must be unopened and returned within 100 days of purchase. A USPS return shipping label can be provided, but a $6.99 fee will be deducted from your total refund.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Our 100-day money-back guarantee applies to the purchase of your first bottle only. Subscriptions will be charged a 20% handling fee to return product according to our money-back guarantee.
WHOLESALE
We will honor our 100%, 100-day money back guarantee by crediting our wholesale accounts for product they refund to their customers. This applies to the customer’s first purchase and to one bottle only, within 100 days of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and taxes and/or duties and any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments will be charged upon ordering from Mara Labs. This is to eliminate unexpected customs charges or delays affecting delivery. For any questions regarding these import regulations and fees, we kindly request that you contact your customs office before placing your order. These fees are an estimation, and Mara Labs will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery due to further customs charges or regulations. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by customs. We ship international orders via FedEx International Priority due to the time-sensitive nature of our product. Shipping insurance is not included in international shipping charges, and international orders are not eligible for returns. Lastly, please note that our products’ prices are listed in USD, but charges will show up in the customer’s bank account in their local currency.
