I do not need to lose weight necessarily. My situation is that I have been sedentary and unable to walk or exercise in anyway due to the effects of long-term Lyme Disease. I am wondering if this product would be suitable for me with a GFR of 18?

Hi Mia, thanks for your comment. With a GFR of 18, we’d recommend starting with BrocElite. One per day to start and then you can work up to 2-4 with each meal until you see improvement. Please stay in touch!
There’s is zero reason to lose weight slowly. Getting the weight off of the body as fast as possible is not a problem. Health is quickly restored as the fat is released, no need to do it slowly!

Hi Sally, this is actually categorically untrue. Losing weight extremely fast is severely detrimental to overall health (muscle, bones, etc). Too much of a good thing can often be VERY bad.
