We recommend taking two capsules per day. One with your first meal and one with your last meal.

Can I stop taking BerbElite if I start taking GLPerfect? img img

Both BerbElite and GLPerfect have bioavailable berberine HCL as ingredients.  The difference is that BerbElite has BrocElite sulforaphane in it.  If you are not taking BrocElite, we recommend staying on BerbElite.  If you are taking BrocElite, you do not need to take both BerbElite and GLPerfect.

    After using for 4 weeks (update)

    I’ve now been on GLPerfect for about a month and happened to have a full body scan (fat composition, BMI, muscle mass, etc) before starting it, so I went in for another one today. I have weighed the same for the last several years - always about 8 lbs more than “recommended”. but not able to shift much regardless of exercise/diet. After 1 month on GLPerfect and without changing anything else about my diet or lifestyle, I’ve lost 5lbs and my visceral fat measurement went from 1.4 to 1.0. I wasn’t expecting to see results for several months, so this is exciting to already see a trend in the right direction!
