Are subscriptions flexible?
Yes! You can cancel, pause, change the frequency, edit the quantity, or otherwise manage your subscription at any time! If you do need to make a change to your subscription, we suggest calling or emailing us at least 48 hours before your next order is scheduled.
Will I receive an email reminder before each recurring subscription order?
Yes, you will receive an email reminder four days before your subscription order is scheduled. Make sure you check your spam folder the first month to make sure our emails aren’t being filtered there! Subscription orders are renewed at 12 a.m. EST on the day they are scheduled, and typically ship the same day or the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your subscription renews and ships.
Do I get free shipping on subscription?
Subscriptions with orders over $99 ship for free. Subscriptions with orders below $99 ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping via FedEx 2-Day Air is optional at checkout. International subscriptions ship via FedEx International and do not qualify for free shipping.
How do I expedite my subscription order before I leave town?

How do I access my subscription?
- On our website’s homepage, select “Login” on the top right corner.
- Enter your email and password to login to your account.
- On your account page, select “Manage Your Active Subscriptions.” This will take you to your subscription page where you can view/edit the details.
How do I add products to my subscription?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Subscriptions.”
- Select “Add Product” on the right.
- Search for the product you wish to add and select.
- If you wish to only try a product once and not add it to your recurring order permanently, select “One time.”
- If you wish to subscribe to this product select “Subscribe.”
*If you have multiple subscriptions, make sure to apply the same ship date to each product so that they ship together.
How do I skip my next subscription order?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Subscriptions” in the top left corner.
- Select “Manage Subscription” beside the product you wish to skip.
- To skip your next order, select “Skip Shipment” on the left-hand side.
- Select “Skip” to confirm skipping your next shipment.
How do I change the date on my next subscription order?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Subscriptions” in the top left corner.
- Select “Manage Subscription” beside the product you wish to edit.
- Select “Next Charge Date” on the left-hand side.
- Choose the date you want your next subscription order to ship.
- Select “Update Next Shipment Date” to confirm change.
*If you have multiple subscriptions, make sure to apply the same ship date to each product so that they ship together.
How do I change my shipping frequency?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Subscriptions” in the top left corner.
- Select “Manage Subscription” beside the product you wish to edit.
- Select “Delivery Schedule” and change your frequency to either 30, 60, or 90 days.
- Select “Update” to confirm change.
How do I add a new payment method to my subscription?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Payment Methods” on the top right.
- Select “Add Payment Method” and enter your new payment information.
- Once added, click “Move Subscriptions Here” to move the product you would like to charge with the new payment method.
How do I delete a payment method?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Payment Methods” on the top right.
- Select “Delete” under the payment method you wish to delete. (If you only have one form of payment on your subscription, you will need to add another in order to cancel the other payment method. Follow the steps above to add a new payment method and move your product(s) to the new payment.)
How do I change my shipping address on my subscription?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Shipping Addresses.”
- Click the drop-down arrow on the right, and then select “Edit Shipping Address” and edit the address.
- Click “Save” and your shipping address will be updated.
*If you wish to ship your subscription to a vacation home or temporary address, please contact our customer service and we can set this up easily!
How do I add shipping insurance to my subscription?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Subscriptions.”
- Select “Add Product” on the right.
- Search for “Shipping Insurance” and select.
- To add Shipping Insurance just once for your next order, select “One time.”
- To add Shipping Insurance to your subscription for all future orders, select “Subscribe.”
*Make sure to schedule the shipping insurance to the same date your next order is scheduled to ship.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Subscriptions are very flexible and can be canceled at any time. In lieu of pausing a subscription, we can push back your next order date until you need it next; simply email us and we will take care of it. To cancel your subscription online:
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Subscriptions” in the top left corner.
- Select “Manage Subscription” beside the product you wish to cancel.
- To cancel, select “Cancel Subscription” on the left-hand side at the very bottom.
- Select the reason why you wish to cancel.
- Select “Cancel Subscription.”
How do I reactivate my subscription?
- Login to your subscription using the instructions above.
- Select “Subscriptions” in the top left corner.
- Select “Re-activate ” beside the product you wish to reactivate.
- Select “Re-activate” again to confirm reactivation.
