What is the “Plus” in BrocElite Plus?
PEITC, found in watercress, is the phenethyl version of sulforaphane. It works in synergy with sulforaphane to boost Nrf-2. PEITC is not included in BrocElite® Kids, making it a less potent, gentler version for kids or individuals with sensitive stomachs.
Do you have to take it with food?
We recommend taking BrocElite® with food. But you can also take BrocElite® on an empty stomach, though this may cause an upset stomach.
Are there any adverse effects to taking it?
There are no known adverse effects to taking the Stabilized Sulforaphane in BrocElite®. However, if you are new to this supplement or supplements in general and are struggling with health, we would recommend starting slowly and taking it with a glass of water and a meal.
Can my child take BrocElite® Plus?
Kids and adults can take BrocElite® Plus. However, since this is a more potent version of our product, we recommend instead that children try the BrocElite® Kids capsules first.
Does it expire?
Once BrocElite® is opened, it should be kept in your refrigerator with the desiccant sachet insert (for moisture) and consumed within 60 days. Bottles are best consumed within 1 year of production.

How does it work?
The Stabilized Sulforaphane in BrocElite® is a potent inducer of Phase 2 detoxifying liver enzymes and helps protect cellular DNA as well as promote healthy cell replication and liver health. What are the ingredients?

The first ingredient is Stabilized Sulforaphane, sourced from broccoli seed. The second ingredient is the “Plus,” which is our Broccoli Seed Complex.
