What is Mara Labs Rewards?

Mara Labs Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The longer you’ve been subscribed, the more rewards and benefits you unlock and earn. Access your account here.

How do I join the loyalty program?

All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account with Mara Labs (or log in to your existing account) and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning subscription rewards immediately.

What benefits do I get in the loyalty program?

The longer you’ve been subscribed, the more benefits you’ll unlock! You’ll be able to earn credit for your subscription and one-time purchases, as well as earn exclusive rewards for the length of time that you’ve been a subscriber. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found on your account homepage, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn! How does credit work?

It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn credit. Earned credit can be used to get a discount on your upcoming subscriptions or applied to your next one-time purchase. Once you are ready to spend your credit, hit “Apply Credit” to apply a discount to your current month’s subscription or generate a coupon code to use at checkout.

Do all purchases count for credits?

All of your purchases made on www.mara-labs.com will earn credit. To ensure your credit is added, please ensure you are logged into your account.

How do milestone rewards work?

From the rewards chart above, you’ll receive the milestone benefit with the same order as what you’re due to receive that month.

If I pause or cancel my subscription, what happens?

When you pause your subscription, you’ll hold on to the existing milestone. If you continue, then you’ll restart progressing along the milestone rewards. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll be reset to Day 0 of milestone rewards if you restart.

What happens if I return my items?

Upon the return of an item, the spend applied to your tier status for the original purchase, as well as any credits earned from the purchase, will be deducted from your account.

What are those free products that I can redeem?

Your credits are very versatile! Not only can you use credits to upgrade your tier and receive dollars off your purchases, but credits can also be used to redeem free products from us. Once you’ve earned enough credits to unlock a free product, simply redeem it to receive a coupon code that lets you claim the item at checkout at no cost!

How do achievements work?

Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn cool rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the achievement is unlocked.

How will I receive my birthday gift?

All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a gift on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.

Do my credits expire?

Yes, your credits will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your credits for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.

How do referrals work?

If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email or our different social media options and receive credits in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
