Fat Bread, Flat Bread

It's been a copule years ago now since I was at a dinner party and had this flat bread.  It was so good! I went up to our hostess and asked her about the recipe. She said that it was a keto recipe that is easy to make. So, thank you, again, Joy Kuhar, for this tasty, easy, nutritious Fat Bread recipe!

Ingredients:

6 oz. Organic mozzarella cheese (grated)

5 tbsp. Organic butter

1/2 cup. almond flour

1/4 cup coconut flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 egg

Directions:

Melt the mozzarella and butter over low heat till you can stir them together.  In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients together.  Add this dry ingredient combination to melted mixture and stir.  Add the egg and combine in a pan until it forms a dough.

Put the dough onto parchment and kneed it until you can form a ball and it smooths out.

Use a rolling pin in between 2 pieces of parchment to form a pizza crust.  Make it a weird, interesting, or artistic shape.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 min

Top with butternut squash feta and pumpkin seeds

Bake at 400 for 10 min.

Really, any of your favorite toppings can work with this recipe.  It freezes well, so you can easily double it and place the extra into the freezer.
